Annual membership dues are in the amount of $105.00 per year, for the term of
January 1, 2009- December 31, 2009. Memberships are in the possession of the company or organization, subject to approval by the Board of Directors, and are non-transferable to another organization. There are no refunds for cancelled memberships. Please return with payment by January 15, 2009
